Here's who I'm talking to right now. Women 35+ who've tried every health fad in the last two years and still don't feel like themselves. Why does the morning still start with pain?
So here are the 3 systems I'd steal if I were you.
1. Whole-history system.
2. Licensed-in-your-state system.
Think of the whole history back when the car started making that noise and you dropped it off and they plugged the reader in and the code came back clean so somebody handed you the keys and said it looked fine and not one person ever rode along to the corner where it does it… why
Because it's rarely about what the reading says and more so about whether anybody sat in the car while it was making the noise.
3. Reachable-after system.
The women who stopped dreading the next appointment aren't better patients than you are. Somebody rode along first.
#youalreadytried #wholehistory
Nobody ever rode along.
You dropped it off. They plugged in the reader. The code came back clean, somebody handed you the keys and said it looked fine, and the noise was still there at the corner where it always does it.
Every one of them read the reading. Not one of them sat in the car while it was making the noise.
The 3 systems in the carousel are the ones I would steal if I were you. The whole history, somebody licensed in your state, and somebody reachable after.
Save it, or send it to the woman who has been at this longer than you have.
Which of the 3 would have changed your last appointment?

If the pain, the weight that will not move, and the energy that never comes back are all the same thing, stay with me. Women 35+ who've tried every health fad in the last two years and still don't feel like themselves. You already tried.
There are 3 systems underneath that, and you're welcome to steal all of them.
1. All-of-it-at-once system.
2. Read-before-decide system.
Think about a stain on a ceiling that keeps coming back and how the first man painted over it and the second man painted over it with better paint and the third one sanded it down first and then painted over it, and every one of them packed up and left, and the whole time there was an attic above that ceiling and nobody put a ladder into it… up
Because it's rarely about the ceiling you keep repainting and more so about the room over it that nobody went into.
3. Answer-in-writing system.
Nobody you know who finally got listened to did more than you did. Somebody went up there first.
#normallabs #onemorelook
There was a room above that ceiling the whole time.
Three men came. One painted over the stain, one painted over it with better paint, one sanded it down first and then painted over it, and every one of them packed up and left.
Nobody put a ladder into the attic.
Two of the 3 systems in the carousel are about that ladder. Read before decide, and answer in writing.
Save it, or send it up to the woman who keeps repainting.
What would you want somebody to read before they decided anything about you?

Most women never ask this first. Women 35+ who've tried every health fad in the last two years and still don't feel like themselves. Did you know most of you never found out who actually read your chart?
Steal these 3 systems before your next appointment.
1. Name-the-reader system.
2. Before-anything system.
Think of alterations back when you dropped a dress at the counter and the girl at the register wrote your name on a tag and stapled it to the hem and you came back 4 days later and it fit fine, and you never once found out who did the sewing or whether she had seen the dress on you or whether the tag was all she ever saw… who
Because it's rarely about whether the work got done and more so about whether the person doing it ever saw what they were working on.
3. Ask-before-you-book system.
The ones who walk in calm aren't calmer people. They can name the person who reads it.
#whoreadmychart #askfirst
Three questions, and all of them go before the booking.
This is for the woman who has already been through the appointments and came out the other side without an answer.
The ones who walk in calm are not calmer people. They can name the person who reads it. That is where these came from.
The carousel has the 3 of them in order.
Save it if it helps. Send it to whoever has an appointment on the calendar already.
Which one would you ask first?

Women 35+ who've tried every health fad in the last two years and still don't feel like themselves. You're weighing 2 fears at once, being dismissed again with normal labs and ordering something questionable off the internet, and nobody has told you how to tell the difference.
I'd rather hand you the 3 systems than talk you out of either fear.
1. Two-questions system.
2. Where-it-comes-from system.
Think back to the last used car you looked at, the one where the seller had a folder in the glovebox with every oil change in it going back 6 years, and then the other one where the photos were beautiful and the answer to everything you asked was that it runs great, and you knew inside 10 seconds which one you'd let your daughter drive… folder
Because it's rarely about how good the listing looks and more so about whether anybody kept the paperwork.
3. Prepared-to-you system.
Every woman you've watched settle down about this got both of her questions answered out loud first. Not talked out of them.

You tried the specialist. You tried the second opinion. Nobody read the whole history.
Take these 3 systems with you. They're not mine to keep.
1. Start-at-the-beginning system.
2. Nothing-left-out system.
Think of everything a school knows about a kid, and then think about what shows up when she transfers in October, which is a transcript and a shot record, and the new teacher spends until Christmas working out the thing her last teacher could have said in one sentence on the first morning… again
Because it's rarely about who you saw and more so about how much of you arrived with you.
3. Still-there-next-time system.
Anyone you know who stopped starting over from scratch isn't more organized than you are. Somebody kept the whole file.
#nobodyreaditall #fifteenminutes

Before you order one more thing off the internet, stop. Women 35+ who've tried every health fad in the last two years and still don't feel like themselves. You've been careful for a reason, and nobody has earned that trust yet.
I hear all the "rules" about how to advocate for yourself at an appointment, but the women who finally got listened to? They did the opposite of most of them. (Which was a relief, honestly…)
If you want somewhere small to start:
• write the whole list on one page before you go (every symptom, in the order it started, not the one that seems worst today)
• ask who reads it before you book anything (a name, and whether that person is licensed in your state)
• find out what happens after (whether you can message the provider at 11pm, or whether you're back to WAITING six weeks)
That's what actually works right now, when you've been burned before and you're the one deciding who to trust 🤍
Follow along for the questions nobody tells you to ask before you book, and if you want a place to begin, take the quiz 🙏
And if you'd rather tell me which one you'd ask first, I'm here for it. Drop it below…
